Charming country residence with pool in Montepulciano, Tuscany

Near the enchanting clay knolls of the Orcia Valley and resting on a hill just below the medieval town of Montepulciano is a little country house immersed in the green of the surrounding olive grove.

The farm house is in the center of almost two hectares of cultivated farm land. There are various fruit orchards, vegetable gardens and one hundred and fifteen olive trees with their olive green leaves that produce an excellent and ambrosial olive oil.

It's the perfect place for the lovers of tranquility. It is a place where one could read in splendid silence or take country walks along paths where one might be lucky enough to encounter a hare, a pheasant and even a beautiful roe deer.

From the recent renovations they have been able to divide an old farm house into three large rooms that are simple and cozy; where the wood of the floors and windows harmonize with the warm tones and textures of the furniture that find their character in being typical rustic Tuscan and antique pieces.
