La Tavola dei Cavalieri farmhouse offers you perfect hospitality in beautiful natural surroundings ensuring you a pleasant stay. It is situated at around 800 metres above sea-level, in the Monte Subasio natural park overlooking the castle of Assisi perched on lush green hills.

The Borgo is a cluster of perfectly restored buildings set in 18 hectares of woodlands with hiking paths, horse-riding and mountain bike trails.

Life in the Borgo flows according to rhythms in harmony with nature and the environment. No matter when you visit you will find the right time of year; as the seasons change so do the colours of nature and the flavours of the local cuisine. It's the perfect spot to relax, discover nature and enjoy leisure and sports activities.

The structure offers 12 double/triple rooms with bath, restaurant that can accommodate 45 people, panoramic patio with 50 seats, relaxation and television rooms, reading room and reception.

Nearly all our produce comes from organic farming and pasture-raised animals. Great care and dedication allow us to offer you the best quality whatever the product: from pasta to oil, from cheese to cured meats to artisanal beer produced in the Monastery of San Biagio.

Dining Rediscover old traditions and the flavours and tastes in the Osteria inside the Borgo. There is a dining room seating 45 and a panoramic terrace seating 50 where you can enjoy the delicious cuisine using organic produce grown on the farm and meat from the pasture-raised animals. Our artisanal cured meats age in the farmhouse cellars.
Information on the area La tavola dei Cavalieri - is situated in the Monte Subasio Regional Park between Assisi, Spello and Nocera Umbra. The 90-hectare organic farm has fields with cereal, pulses, and vegetable crops, and meadows and woods where horses, pigs and donkeys roam freely. Discover the ancient culture that made these places so special in the stunning towns of Perugia, Assisi, Spello and Spoleto. Make sure you pay a visit to the lovely jewels of Bevagna, Montefalco, Gubbio …every church, every piazza, every narrow street and stone of the towns and hamlets of Umbria tells the history of this region. The surrounding countryside offers a whole range of interesting leisure and sports activities and open-air pastimes.
By Car FROM THE NORTH: take highway A14 (Bologna - Rimini) exit Cesena Nord, then superhighway E-45 to Rome. Exit Assisi/Foligno/Spoleto. Go on toward Foligno and exit at S.Maria degli Angeli /Assisi. Once in Assisi take the state road 444, following the signal Gualdo Tadino. Turn right toward S.Maria di Lignano. At the croosroads turn right and go straight on for 8 km. FROM FLORENCE: take highway A1, exit Valdichiana, superhighway Bettolle-Perugia. From Perugia take the superhighway toward Spoleto-Terni, exit for Assisi/S.Maria degli Angeli. Once in Assisi take the state road 444, following the signal Gualdo Tadino. Turn right toward S.Maria di Lignano. At the croosroads turn right and go straight on for 8 km. FROM THE SOUTH: highway A1, exit for Orte, travel the Flaminia , in direction to Spoleto - Terni. In Foligno Nord turn toward Perugia/Assisi. Travel the state road Foligno / Perugia, exit for S.Maria degli Angeli to Assisi. Once in Assisi take the state road 444, following the signal Gualdo Tadino. Turn right toward S.Maria di Lignano. At the croosroads turn right and go straight on for 8 km following the farmhouse signals
