If the guest cancel the reservation 48 hours before arrival, or in case of no-show, we will apply the first night as penalty. 100% penalty in case of early departure

Advantages+

The smell of fresh baked Croissants when you open your door to go down to the breakfeast room is just wonderful. The room is really nice and if you manage the low, off season rate then it is a real great place to stay. Very quiet.

Disadvantages-

Note that you are on Giudecca. You need a boat to go to the train station or to the main tourist sites of Venice.
