Dining	The breakfast room (American buffet with Venetian specialties), and the restaurant, are places of exquisite charm perfect for socialization and relaxation moments.
Information on the area	In the labyrinth of narrow streets and small squares around the hotel you can find the most beautiful and popular sites of Venice, the stunning Saint Mark's Square, with the Basilica, Museo Correr, Ducal Palace and the historical Caffè Florian and Quadri, theatres famous the world over (the Goldoni, prose, at 1 minute and La Fenice Theater, at 5 minutes), the most prestigious boutiques of the master glassmakers of Murano (Venini, Barovier and many others), and Italian and international designer brand shops (Gucci, Cartier, Versace, etc.). Rialto Bridge can be reached in 5 minutes: browse through the shops that line it, you will find yourself among the colorful stands of the characteristic fruit and vegetable market, and a little further on, you will see the even more picturesque ones of the famous fish market. You will find yourself in the heart of the most authentic Venice!
By Car	From the highway you can follow the indications to Venice. Park your car in the parking space on the island of Tronchetto (on the right, after the long bridge linking Venice to the mainland) or the one in Piazzale Roma, the car terminal. Then take a private water taxi that will get you directly to the hotel in 20 minutes, or take public steamboat lines 1 and 2 to Rialto. Get off at Ponte di Rialto after 15-20 minutes and continue on foot for 3 minutes until you reach the hotel.
By train	Water taxis leave from the foundation in front the Venice Santa Lucia station, which take you in 15 minutes directly to the Bonvecchiati Hotel, or lines 1 and 2 of the public steamboat service that get to Ponte di Rialto in 15 minutes, from where you can get on foot to the hotel in about 3 minutes.

Advantages+

Location, half way between the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The hotel itself is of high quality and service. The rooms are superbly fitted and tastefully designed.

Disadvantages-

Hotel is in a small alley, hard to find.

We loved the contemporary style of the hotel, rooms and breakfast were great.

Disadvantages-

The hotel room was constantly 26 degrees which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent tourist location. Professional staff.

Disadvantages-

Rooms on the canal can be a bit noisy in the morning, but they are the routes for commerce in Venice, so it's part of the deal!
